Sands Chevrolet is adding Automotive BDC Sales Trainee Consultants to our team, due to our incredible growth! We're seeing record numbers and moving inventory quickly so we're searching for motivated Automotive BDC sales professionals ready to hit the ground running! No experience Necessary, we offer extensive training, and we train in house. An Automotive BDC rep is a Business Development Representative that contacts our customers and welcomes them into our dealership.We have been in the Valley since 1934, and we are family owned and operated. The BDC trainee Position is a Training Program that delivers you into an Automotive Sales position in Under a 6 month to 1 year time frame.

Our Automotive Sales Team at Sands Chevrolet, is just one of the many exciting features of Surprise, Arizona. Surprise is home to Surprise Stadium where the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers battle it out during spring training, and also hosts a wide range of professional and Major League Baseball games throughout the summer. We do receive a ton of traffic from these great events!

Our location is one of the fastest growing areas in the State!

The BDC position offers:

• Full Time is $2500 Monthly Salary Plus Bonuses.

• 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts

• Up to 35% commissions

• Up to $200 per car bonus

Job Description:

• Build relationships & create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle

• Be the vehicle expert: know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business

• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situation

• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Qualifications:

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
